My Niimbot MMCGEE24 Label Maker is great! I absolutely love it. It prints so very fast! It's cordless and seems to hold a charge forever! One thing I would say: if you’re going to be printing labels for vials, especially 3ml vials, you will need the 40x20 labels so go ahead and grab those when you're grabbing this little guy! Happy printing! Go organize!
Doesn’t deliver within 2-4 days. If you need this in a timely manner like I did you might want to buy it somewhere else. Tracking shows it hasn’t even left CA and it’s been 4 days since the carrier received the package. I live in NC and it’ll probably take another week to get here.
This label maker is very high quality at a reasonable price. Even the smallest print is crystal clear. From what I can tell the markings are not likely to wipe off if they get wet. I’ve made hundreds of labels so far and all is well. Also, It is very easy to use. So far, I have no regrets. I definitely recommend purchasing.
Nimbot makes solid printers I love them don't get me wrong.
Their Customer service not so much, now that I have signed up for a subscription to one of their apps for printer templates I am becoming more concerned.
I raised a couple questions for them via 3 channels their Chat AI assistant, Live chat, and their Customer support email. Both chats have a limited scope of answers and seem like the same AI assistant to be honest.
I may cancel the subscription quickly. Until they respond I can't recommend signing up for their subscription services as my first request via email two weeks ago has yet to be answered.
