Great customer service and the product is unbelievably amazing.
Great built quality and the print quality will surely surprise you on how sharp it is!
Best purchase I’ve made in a long time!
Unfortunately this type does not have holographic labels, which I wanted to use for my bottles. So really disappointing about that. Also the MacBook app is not compatible with the B1 Pro so I can not print from inside the MacBook app. Of course I can save and open the label in my phone. But all in all I expected more.
Store owner replied:
Hi Jaap, we're sorry the B1 Pro didn't fully meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment about holographic labels, which are currently unavailable for this model. Regarding MacBook compatibility, the B1 Pro supports our NIIMBOT Cloud Printing software for Mac (V4.2.6), available for macOS 12 and later. Please try installing the latest version from our official website. If you still have trouble printing, feel free to contact us for assistance. We truly appreciate your feedback!

Its so sleek and fast also super quiet.
The package arrived promptly and in great condition very impressed.
I think its fairly priced for what's on the market today.
Store owner replied:
Hi, we're truly sorry for the long shipping time. Some of our orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China, which may result in longer delivery times. We're working to improve this, and we expect to have two warehouses in the US starting in November, allowing us to offer much faster shipping for US customers. We sincerely apologize for the wait and appreciate your patience and understanding!
