Shipping Policy

We want to make sure that you feel comfortable on every moment in your journey with us.

Shipping & Delivery Times are very important. We will ship your items using Amazon warehousing and their partnered logistics throughout the United States.

Handing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery time

  • 3-5 days for United States;
  • 1-3 days for United Kingdom;
  • 5-7 days for EU countries, like Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, France, etc;
  • 7-10 days for Asia countries;
  • 7-20 days for Middle east countries, like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, etc;

With our commitment to our customers, we understand that sometimes packages get lost in transit. If you don’t receive your order in 45 business days you can choose to receive a full refund or receive a replacement at our expense.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@niimbot.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. During rush days, please estimate extra 5 business days more than usual.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@niimbot.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy for more information.

 

COVID-19 Delivery Notice

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.
