Nimbot makes solid printers I love them don't get me wrong.
Their Customer service not so much, now that I have signed up for a subscription to one of their apps for printer templates I am becoming more concerned.
I raised a couple questions for them via 3 channels their Chat AI assistant, Live chat, and their Customer support email. Both chats have a limited scope of answers and seem like the same AI assistant to be honest.
I may cancel the subscription quickly. Until they respond I can't recommend signing up for their subscription services as my first request via email two weeks ago has yet to be answered.

the Niimbot m2 label work's great it is super fast at printing.It is also easy to learn how to do custom label's or you can just use the label's on site and modify them.it is a great printer.
